Thank God its friday!
Pew! a week of forgetfulness as i called it and so frustrating when i forgot stuffs to be finish on time.
and so i gather some tips about being forgetful that will Help your memory along :first,Write down dates, names, and other important information that you easily forget. Use routine and repetition. For example, keep daily items such as keys and eyeglasses in a specific place. And when you meet someone new, take a picture of that person while you repeat his or her name out loud to others or to yourself several times to commit it to memory. (I think these are the most natural way to do)
Secondly,Stress reduction and relaxation techniques. Too much life stress can take a toll on your body, your mind, and the people who are closest to you. In addition to getting regular physical activity, you can take charge of how stress affects you by taking 20 minutes a day for relaxation time.( I even forgot to relax how unlucky)
and lastly, exercise diminishes stress, a key drain of brain energy, and it also helps overall health. It also helps people sleep better, which improves memory and keeps the blood flowing to all parts of your body.(we should sleep on time..or else just wake up late)
To keep your brain sharp, many experts say, you need to challenge it regularly.
